On your initial visit, we will treat the inside and outside of your home with environmentally friendly products to eradicate pest infestations and prevent new ones from occurring. We’ll start with a thorough interior and exterior inspection of the property, followed by installing insect glue monitors, rodent monitors and cobweb removal. We will treat for insects inside and outside the foundation and entry points. Finally, on your initial visit we will install active termite stations and liquid spot treatment to eliminate any current termite activity.

Next, our team will treat the perimeter of your home paying close attention to where pests enter and exit. In addition, we look for nooks and crannies where pests can crawl and hide, or where their nests are found. We also remove cobwebs and inspect any rodent monitors as necessary.

Indoor Treatments
We will apply treatments in various areas of your home that attract pests, such as bathrooms and kitchens, upon request. We also provide basement dewebbing when necessary between November and February.

Termite Inspect Stations
We will inspect any termite monitoring stations replacing active bait as necessary and report on any termite activity.

Liquid Termite Treatment
For added protection, if active termites are found in or around the structure, we will apply a liquid spot treatment to quickly eliminate them.
