How Does Advanced Termite Control Work?
The first step in our process includes a visual inspection of your property to target termite activity or areas to prevent infestation.
Next, we will install termite baiting stations. We will monitor these stations throughout the year, replace active bait as needed, and confirm there hasn’t been any termite activity.
Lastly, we will apply a liquid termite product* to eliminate any active termite colonies.
*Up to 250 linear feet of stations and 20 feet of liquid spot treatment as necessary.
What Are The Advantages Of Termite Baiting Stations?
B.O.G uses termite baiting systems instead of just applying termite liquid applications for a variety of reasons:
- The treatment has minimal impact on the your lawn, landscaping or environment, making it a “green” approach to termite control
- The baiting stations are odorless
- The baits prevent molting, ensuring that the queen dies and the colony is eliminated
How Are Termite Baiting Systems Installed?
Your trusted B.O.G technician will place termite baiting stations around the exterior of your home. They will be placed 1-3 feet from the foundation of your home, in intervals of 10 to 15 feet — and anywhere they identify high potential for termite activity (wood piles, moist areas, etc.)
After installation of the bait stations, a technician will return to inspect the them and replace the bait, as needed.
